Take the opportunity to join the MIS region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), the most dynamic and fast developing region within Accor group today (more than 100 hotels openings within the next 3 years).
Accor is managing today 18 hotels in Bali-Lombok Area (soon to be 30) and is the perfect place for a young and motivated revenue manager to prove he/she can perform in a highly competitive area.
The Multi-Hotel revenue Manager will oversee 2 properties in Bali-Lombok Region : Ibis Bali Kuta (156 rooms) and All seasons Denpasar (153 rooms).
This position will suit perfectly to a junior RM or revenue analyst willing to grow as Revenue Manager.
Reporting directly to General Manager and supervised by the Regional Area RM.
Implementing strategy to maximize the revenue, and ensuring its consistency within the Market (competition and sister hotels).
Ensuring precise forecast accuracy (+/- 5%), helping you to optimize the revenue of each hotel.
Deployment of hotel staff training, in order to ensure a consistent global understanding of RM concepts.
Ensure that all Accor Revenue Management processes are in place.
Active participation to budget definition and to quarterly business reviews hold by Accor Jakarta Head Office.
The position requires you to work closely with the General Managers, to who you will directly report to, in order to implement the right strategy for all the hotels of your perimeter.
Ensure a close and continuous communication with the sales department to action on needs periods and to optimize high demand periods.
Challenge the sales department by analyzing the contracts performance.
Proposing long-term and short-term strategy, updating planning, quoting groups and alerts teams when market deviates from strategy
Leading the revenue meetings for all properties
Performing daily, weekly and monthly analysis
Ensuring accuracy of the data collection at all times
Distribution channels optimization.
